A clear purpose.

What we collect

The free starter form collects your name, email, business details if supplied, selected task and the short answers you enter. We also record the submission time, reference and whether you agreed to follow-up.

Why we use it

We use these details to manage your starter request and understand the challenge you described. If you tick the separate optional follow-up box, Beni may email you about your findings and relevant services. Leaving it unticked still gives you access to the starter.

Where the details go

Starter submissions are saved in private storage on Beni’s hosting account, outside the public website folder. A notification is sent to info@beni.co.za. Hosting and email providers process information as part of running these services. Beni does not sell the submitted contact details.

What happens in ChatGPT

The website prepares a brief for you to review, copy and paste into ChatGPT yourself. It leaves out the name and email fields. The business context and challenge you entered are included, so check the brief before sharing it.

When you open ChatGPT, you are using OpenAI’s service under its own terms and privacy settings. Beni does not automatically receive your ChatGPT account details, conversations or generated results. You can choose to share an output with Beni when asking for help.

Storage and form protection

The theme selector remembers your choice in your browser. The starter form uses a temporary session cookie to protect submission. A hashed network identifier is used to limit automated submissions; the lead record does not include your raw IP address. Your hosting provider may maintain its own routine access logs.

Your choices

You can use the starter without agreeing to sales follow-up. You can withdraw optional email permission, ask what information Beni holds about your request, or request correction or deletion by emailing info@beni.co.za. Beni keeps enquiry information while needed to respond and manage any work you request.

Share a general description of your process. Please leave out passwords, customer lists, financial records and other confidential or sensitive information.
